NOYB Candles is currently unable to give refunds or accept returns at this time. We will replace any product that may have arrived to you damaged during the shipping process. To be eligible for a replacement product, please email a photo of the damaged item, and include your order number as reference to: email@example.com. Emails must be sent within 15 days of your delivered product.
Replacement item will be sent ASAP as long as it’s in stock. If it's not, it will be first priority once the inventory is back in stock. Please bear with us as we are a small startup, and will do our best to ensure all issues are taken care of in a timely manner.
